Our authoring studio is equipped to take advantage of all features available to the DVD format including 5.1 surround sound, subtitles, closed captions, multiple angles, multiple sound tracks (languages), wide screen (16 x 9), slide shows and cross platform file and web linking.

Every authored project, from simple straight transfers to complex films, receives the same hardware encoding and close attention to video and audio fidelity. All projects are real-time MPEG-2 video encoded and real-time Dolby or DTS audio encoded, including 5.1 surround sound.

We encode from almost any SD video format including: Digital Betacam, Betacam SP, DVCPRO50, DVCPRO, DVCAM, DV, S-VHS, VHS, Digital-8, Hi-8, and 3/4”. For surround sound we accept DTRS masters or AIFF or WAVE files.
